How long is a treatment and what does it feel like?
The entire session takes about 75 minutes, which includes treating the targeted area and taking before and after measures.
Active treatment lasts about 60 minutes.
Most clients consider the treatment to be relaxing and remain quite comfortable.
During cavitation you will hear a buzzing in your inner ear. The sound poses absolutely no risk or harm and disappears as soon as the applicator is disengaged. This sound tells you that the process is working.

Which are the areas where treatment is more effective?
Localized areas with extra inches. Thighs, abdomen, flanks, buttocks, arms, face and love handles are the usual suspects. Most areas of the body can be targeted, although we cannot treat the breast area.

Does it work on cellulite?
Yes. Low frequency ultrasound works on cellulite by focusing the “cavitation effect” on the connetive tissue which links a fat layer to the skin. These toxins make the connective tissue less flexible which is what causes the dimpled appearance of cellulite.

Are the results of Ultrasonic Cavitation similar to those of Liposuction?
Yes, in that both cavitation and liposuction permanently destroy fat cells and do not damage vascular, nerve or muscle tissue.

How is Ultrasonic Cavitation different from other fat reduction procedures?
With Liposuction and other surgical procedures, you have surgery with anesthesia, a painful two month recovery period, scars, and often sagging skin, which might require a follow up surgery such as a tummy tuck. With Ultrasonic Cavitation there is no anesthesia, no pain, no recovery time, no scars and tightens the skin. See Compare Procedures for more information.
